Windows Home Server from scratch

My home server trial finally runs out at the end of the week, so I was planning on duplicating the functionality with a Vista install with IIS and just point the machines on my network to backup to it.

Got the server all cleaned up, made a RAID 1 array for extra protection against hardware failure, and put in the Vista DVD.

OOPS! I forgot that my Vista is 64-bit and the Pentium 4 in the server is 32-bit. D’oh!  So I’m downloading 32-bit Windows 7 right now.  It’s always something!
